Rykers first day of kindergarten

Breakfast at a Carla jr then off to the bus stop. Ryker was so excited to be able to ride the bus EVERY day and to go to school every day too. He has the teacher mrs Palmer and she is so nice. we are so excited for kindergarten!!!

Brigham city temple

We went to the Brigham city open house for the brand new temple. It is so pretty inside with everything adorn in peach blossoms and granite everywhere. It was so neat to have all the kids there in the temple. We took pictures after the tour and as you can see from the pics they had been very quiet and good for an entire hour before we got outside. They had lots of wiggle to get out. Haha

Porters first day of 3rd grade

We went to breakfast at great harvest and then off to the bus stop. 3rd grade SO BIG!

Weird noises?!?

We have been hearing the strangest sounds at our house for the last week. We have been trying to figure out what it is that we are hearing maybe baby raccoons? Skunks? Bats? We just had no idea until tonight. We heard the noise close so we went to discover. Guess what we found???baby owls!!! Wow:) so so cute and fluffy and little so neat to see.

Camp out time

We went to Pasco and the up to lake roosevelt. lots and lots of laughs. The boys make for great entertainment wherever we go haha:)

Boys: fished, hunted for big foot, swam, stole Ella's chair. Snuggled in the camper. Ryker Ate all the cookies and chips in sight. porter ate PBS every meal of everyday. Mom was the unofficial referee and hair braider of the camp:)

8 is great!!!

We started the day with family breakfast at Carl's jr (our tradition) for frosting biscuits and sausage biscuits and opened the first presents. Duck hunter from Ella and an iTunes card from mom and dad. Lunch time came aroun and porter chose Chinese so we headed to FORMOSA **yum** and of course opened more presents. But I think the greatest part of porters day was when chapman walk picked him up and took him to the mall to buy his very own flat hat :) it was so adorable!!! Over all it was a great day. He also got to have two friends to the movies madagascar 3 and then to Angie's to clean the kitchen sink a huge ice cream dish. And then the weekend came along and all the Seamons joined us for a BBQ and some more cake:)

Porter Turns 7

I have a video of porter opening his very first present I just need to download it. he was so excited to get the last $10.00 that he needed to buy his Ipod touch!

Porter is my little man. He turned 7 this year and he had the best day ever. We had his friends over the Friday before and they all played lightening and then red rover. After all the games the kids all got to cook their own hot dogs in the fire. They had so much fun and for desert porter wanted s'mores. Yummy!! The kids got to roast their marshmallows too. It was so much fun and I was so tired at the end of the day. I didn't get many pictures of that party, there were too many kids and not enough hands. haha. :-)
