SUPER FUN WEEKEND

The cousins came to play! we had such a great time. here are a few pictures of the weekend.

BRANDED

Last Friday we poured another section of our drive way, we are trying to get just enough done before snow so that we can plow. Anyway, we got it all poured so we decided that we would ALL put our hand prints in the wet mud.

FUNNY STORY
At this point of the story we are all done pouring concrete, and upstairs with the cabinet maker when all of a sudden... Roger yells down stairs "hey get out of there."
My boys had their little footprints ALL over in the concrete!!!
Luckily Brian and Roger was able to save it and I missed the picture

Funny Funny Boy!!!

The other day I was so mad at Porter and Right now I could not even tell you what I was mad about, actually after he did this I could not even remember what he was getting in trouble about.but anyway he was in trouble and in the middle of him telling him he shows me this....

and I said: What is that?
and he tells me back: I UNLOVE you!
How clever!!! I laughed so hard I just thought that was the funniest thing ever definitely Porter.

I am so grateful

I am most defiantly the most happy person in the whole world. I am so lucky to have everything that I do. I have a wonderful husband, who does so much for me. I have perfect kids, who love me and that I just can not resist. We have a beautiful lot that we live on that is just perfect for us, it encompasses everything that we would want, a view, in town, and seclusion. For us it just not get any better than that. But the reason for me being so extremely happy right now is that WE HAVE INTERIOR WALLS! We are about 1 week away from sub contractors and we are hoping to be in by Thanksgiving. How so very exciting.

EARNINGS

Well Brian and I finally decided that it was time for Porter to start doing chores to earn the things that he gets. We told him that he can earn his money in marbles and when he has earned 30 marbles he can go to the store and pick something that he wants. so he is saving for a skateboard. However, the saving situation has gone a little like this...

P: I don't even like to earn.

P: how about I earn it later.

P: why don't you just buy it for me.

P: lets just use your money.

So as you can see I have been holding strong and not giving in. YEA go me!!!

But he did earn a actual dollar bill and he wanted to go to the dollar store and spend it. So I took him and he found a baton (spelling). We bought it and then we got to the car and he is carrying his new treasure and

he tells me : where is my dollar mom.

I say: it is now in the Lady's cash register.

He says: but why?

I said because you decided to spend your dollar on your new toy.

he says: But I really miss my dollar (crying now)

I said: yeah it is really sad to spend the money that you worked so hard to get isn't it.

He says: yeah I just want to spend your money.

I said: but then I will be sad to cause my money will be gone. Maybe next time you will just save your money so that you will not miss it.

Ryker goes to school

Ryker had his first day of school on Monday. He was super excited. I would ask him are you going to school and he would say yip. and then he would tell me all about the work he was going to be doing. He didn't even care that I was leaving after I dropped him off. When I came back to get him. The teacher told me that he got sad half way through and he was crying saying I need mine mommy, go my house get mine mommy now. I thought that was so cute. But, then they started to paint and he was just fine again. when I got there he was out side working on the "P"one ( all rykers "F"s sound like "p"s. like PISH, PIGHT, so on) and he did not want to go home he wanted to stay school. He is so cute!!!

BOYS WILL BE BOYS

I told brian when he showed the boys this game. Brian they will be naughty enough on their own they do not need a ring leader to show them the way. He just laughed at me and then I took pictures because the boys just loved it. The next day dad was at work and they wanted to play jump again so they wanted me to move the tractor for them. They were both so impressed that I could do it. They cheered and cheered for me saying Mommy that is great, You did it!!
